Established in 1982, the
Taft Summer School offers motivated students an opportunity for intensive study
in a residential, independent school environment. Guided by energetic,
experienced teachers, students will encounter an academic environment that's as
exciting as it is challenging. Arts and athletics, as well as varied schedule of
weekend trips and activities round out the experience.
Course offerings include:
Literature & Composition, Mathematics, Science, US History, French, Spanish,
Journalism, Creative Writing, Testing, Reading & Study Skills, SAT/SSAT
Preparation, Research Paper, Current Events, Public Speaking, Psychology, Studio
