Burnamwood Camp and Conference Center is a Presbyterian camp and hosts week-long summer camps for ages 5-18. During the summer, camps include: traditional overnight camps, music, arts, dance, and drama camps, and adventure camps. During the fall and spring, Burnamwood offers weekend retreats for the same age groups. Throughout the year, Burnamwood is available to host rental groups.

Burnamwood also hosts the Burnamwood Appalachian Ministry (BAM), a mission camp for youth and adults. Burnamwood is located in Central Appalachia where some of the worst poverty in the USA exists. BAM seeks to provide help where help is needed and provide vital home repairs for families in this region as well as working with community organizations to provide meals.
